New strain of ich!?

Green terror is infected by something. All water parameters are normal and the tank is a 55 gallon. Ive treated my terror with QuICk Cure and Copper safe at different times and have had no results. Should I wait and see if things get better or is there something else I could try? Maybe you more experienced cichlid keepers know what this infection is from the pic. Please help I dont want to lose my GT.

Hard to tell from picture if is just some fungus or combination ich etc , hope your fish is better now, here's some links to keep for reference:
