Is the mass EMAILING function working? anybody received emai

Has anyone got received an email today or yesterday? I'm trying to figure out if the emailing system in this new forum is actually working . Thanks!

Thanks, man this sucks, I tried emailing out directly from home using software but my ISP blocks port smtp so most software that uses smtp servers fails...i think there are some that use DIRECT MAIL using dns that work....i even tried sending with my ISP mail servers but they have a quota per day and don't really know if it works....hopefully i'll figure something out soon....(by the way most website hosting servers have quota etc too that's why the forum software fails when trying to send emails out to all the members...)

Looking back through my messages I got one on March 1 as FROM ME ONLY.. BUT yes, I got one!! but was this the secount try?? but it did work on March 1..

Yes, thanks for confirming, I messed up on that email (ie the from-me-only sender etc) but it didn't send all the emails because it ran into the quota placed by the isp....i still haven't found a good method, i may try to break it up into small address blocks and send one block per day....
