shaking and rubbing

I have 1 cichlid I believe to be African or South American. Her babies 3 of them are ok, they have black stripes. The problam she is having is the shaking and rubbing on anything she comes in contact with. She also shakes her head. She is orange in color with a few black dots on her body and a black line through her tail. She is about 3 in. long. I have changed the water yesterday and the day before. The PH is 8.2 ammonia is .50ppm , nitrite 0, nitrate 0, these numbers come from the API freshwater master test kit. I am really consurned about her shaking and rubbing on everything trying to scratch an itch. Please help!
