I have a question, what do you need in order for convicts to breed, do you need a flower pot?

convicts aren't picky they'll spawn in a flowerpot on slate on gravel or on the bare bottom of a tank,they're like the rabbits of the cichlid world

I'll just go buy some and put them in a tank with no gravel:D, cause also I have no more gravel:( .

My pair of Black Convicts spawned in a cave. Pretty cool though, one day I just looked over and saw over 100 fry. Wasn't expecting that at all!

hi i just got mine yesterday store told me 1 is male 1 is female and they are already trying to mate
