OK this forum is messed up.. I posted but it won't let me post.. dang...

YES they can color off from the parents. normal.. Most species will not color up until they get bigger so they can hide in the wild from other fish.. normal..
U wil get different fry coloring from them as the genes U could say will be in the parents from generations down.. Normal really, U just need to wait until they get bigger and keep the ones U want, sell/trade the others..
Mine do the same..
