I am late with this, Have not been here for a while. (missed you all though). I agree with stilllearnin though. If I hear one more comment on how long this war is suppose to last, I will scream. It's a war for christs sake, what should anyone say, 1 day, 1 year? Stupid question. Pres. Bush said it right when he said that the anti-war protesters would be better off spending their time picking up garbage!!

And the anti war protesters aren't hurting Bush by doing that. It's just discouraging for our troops that are fighting over there for us. If anything needs to be done at this time, it's not picketing on the streets its on our knees praying for our soldiers to come home safe. They know what's got to be done, and they are determined.

I feel that the protestors are hurting us here at home, and yes demoralizing to our troops. Look at the dumb A S S es that layed down in NY and Philly, ah hello, what statement do you really make by laying down on busy streets? I wasn't for the war, but now that it is a war, I say GOD BLESS AMERICA. Lets show the world whey you can't f' with us!

Lets not forget the other 2 countries in the "Colalition" who are making the ultimate sacrifice with the war against Iraq. Let me think who they are? Oh yeah Australia and Britain, fancy that. Australian SAS troops were in Iraq well ahead of America acting as eyes and ears. Bet you dont hear that on CNN.

Now that I think about it people wouldnt really know too much what out SAS are up to as its all secret stuff.

Heres a bit of recent news you may have not seen.

but what about the american special forces that been in baghdad since before september? or the american delta force thats been there since 97? <-- bet thats not on skynews actually theres not much on american news about it.


But I'm pretty sure each country and it's news ,is and will glamorize the accomplishments of their own troops <--- as they should




These protestors are getting dumber and dumber everyday! Even after it's been proven now, in several countries that terrorist groups or terroist funded organizations give the funds to oranize this stuff,people still protest?
AND the worst thing is,this is really getting annoying seeing people in NewYork City protest!!! for one they should know and realize first hand partially what this war is about! and I'm willing to bet a majority of these people protesting are the same ones who cheered and clapped back when Bush said we were declaing war on terrorism and terrorist run states.

Just my rant for today after seeing another day of this garbage on the news,wondering if these protesters actually know what they're protesting against? Are they against security? or are they against giving an opressed country the same freedoms that lets them protest?

I am all for the US, Britian and Australia protecting freedom, and giving Freedom to the Iraqi People. Hell, this Iraq thing should have been settled 12 years ago like Stilllearnin pointed out previously. However, I wouldn't be suprised if Iraq has no concrete tie to what happened on 9/11. I know from my experiences with politicians both local and national that they use the AP to bend stories to keep American's believing what they want us too. Don't Get me wrong, I doubt the Iraqi Regime was Saddened by 9/11, I am just not sold on the Iraqi Regime connection with the Taliban or AlQueda. It kind of gives a false sense of accomplishment to the war on terror, I don't think that a victory in Iraq does much for stoping terrorism. Iraq does not scare me, Terrorism and North Korea Scare me!
